Closing All Files Excel Tips

Because in most offices, chances are you open lots of files or Excel files on your computer. If you want to close all these files, you must close it one by one. If you are pressed for time and want to do it quickly, certainly is not efficient manner.

Actually there is a quick way to close all the Excel files with brief. How? You simply press and hold the "Shift" then choose "File" menu. On the menu that appears, there will be a new additional menu item called "Close All". Select the "Close All" then all your Excel file will be closed simultaneously. Of course if you have not saved (save) the file then Excel will automatically advance to confirm you before closing the file.
